As members of the Florida Green Building
Coalition since 2006, we follow guidelines
established in the FGBC Green Homes
Standard.
Although the Standard is intended for new
home construction, the principles are the
same for renovation of existing homes. As a
result, your home or business is cleaner &
safer during and after your renovation.
We use non-toxic setting materials & products
with low or no V.O.C. content. Job site and
construction debris is segregated for local
re-cycling, re-use and re-purposing. Dust
containment minimizes airborne particles and
keeps the air you breath cleaner and safer.

details, we will help you select appropriate types
of tile and design your tile installation with you to
achieve attractive, highly functional and
personalized tile surfaces.
We can provide you with scaled drawings that
clearly illustrate your tile design & layout.
We work very well with interior designers and can
provide assistance with his or her design and
project objectives.

Normally, during our initial meeting with clients,
we visit the home to discuss the owners
objectives, design preferences, take preliminary
measurements, review the site and get a feel
for color and style preferences.

where we have tile displayed and in stock.

gather tile samples that could be solutions for
the project. The client is invited to our
showroom or we return to the home with a
collection of samples and design alternatives.
Selections are narrowed to 2 or 3 options by
the client. Samples are left in the home with
the client for further consideration and to
provide the client with an opportunity to "live
with" the tile. Usually, the perfect choice is
apparent within a day or two.
